ADS-B Transponders with integrated WAAS GPS
At last, the CAA are about to bring out an Appendix to AC43-14 to allow Avionics Engineers to install ADS-B transponders that have an integrated WAAS GPS.
Also, on that front, I believe they are considering to add to this, Mode S ADS-B capable transponders, that have an external WAAS GPS source manufactured by the same manufacturer as the transponder. This would have to be shown as an option in the manufacturers installation instructions.
